Sandra Ellis was appointed Vice-President, Bulk in December 2022. She is responsible for driving CN’s market expansion and sales activities in the grain, fertilizers, sulphur, coal and petroleum coke businesses to help maximize their contribution to the Bulk customers’ growth and success.

Sandra has worked in the rail sector for over 20 years. Prior to joining CN, she was Director Commercial Development NGL Processing at Inter Pipeline Ltd., where she drove the negotiation of multi-million-dollar railcar purchase and lease agreements, and implemented a new rail/truck transportation team for natural gas liquids (NGLs). She also held several Sales and Marketing management roles at CP for more than 15 years.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.
