Taneli Juntunen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Taneli is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Canatu, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Nanotechnology Engineer at Canatu from May 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Canatu, they served as a Nanocarbon Process Engineer at the same company from January 2020 to May 2021.
Taneli also has experience working at Aalto University, where they started as a Part-time Teacher and Research Assistant in 2012. From September 2015 to December 2019, they worked as a Doctoral Researcher, focusing on nanofabrication, energy harvesting, and sensing, among other topics. Taneli'sresponsibilities included project management, instrument upkeep, student supervision, and teaching.
In addition, Taneli gained valuable experience as a Trainee at ABB in 2011. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong background in nanotechnology, research, project management, and teaching.
Taneli Juntunen's education history includes a Doctor of Science (Tech.) degree from Aalto University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Technology degree from the same university, specializing in Electrophysics, from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Taneli spent a year as a researcher at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2013-2014, focusing on Quantum device physics.
