Doug Proctor is the Chief Operating Officer at Candid Health. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-founder of Insula from January 2021 to December 2021. Doug has also worked as the Enterprise Lead for US Government at Palantir Technologies from February 2015 to June 2020, where they built and led several of Palantir's largest engineering and business teams. Before this, Doug was an Analyst for Climate Finance & Policy at The World Bank from January 2012 to December 2014.
