Devin H. is a seasoned professional in UX research and design strategy with a strong background in leading innovative projects and teams. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research at Candid since 2019, Devin contributes to the nonprofit sector by enhancing resource acquisition for impactful nonprofits. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager of UX Research and Manager of Candid Labs at Steelcase, where efforts focused on new business innovation at the intersection of physical and digital realms.
