Amanda Molina Dumas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban planning and licensing. Currently serving as a Licensing Specialist at the Cannabis Control Commission since October 2022, Amanda provides critical support in evaluating applications for regulatory compliance and offers technical assistance to various stakeholders. Previous roles include Project Manager at the Implementation Science and Practice Advances Research Center, Assistant Planner for the Town of Hudson, and Senior Planner for the City of Worcester, where Amanda facilitated numerous projects and enhanced processes within zoning and planning frameworks. Amanda's educational background includes a Master of Arts in History and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Feminist Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as significant graduate coursework toward a Ph.D. in American History at Binghamton University.
