Kris Hoelscher has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cannonball Advertising & Promotion since April 2011. In this role, Kris has developed and formalized HR functions, overseeing benefit management, payroll administration, recruiting, employee relations, and policy creation. An early role involved coordinating client relationships as an Account Coordinator at Anthony Allan and Quinn, Inc. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
