Kate Roy

Kate Roy is the current Chief Operating Officer at Canopius. Kate has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to their current role, Kate was the GB Chief Operating Officer at Willis Towers Watson from January 2015 to February 2022. Before that, they were the Executive Director UK Operations at AIG Property Casualty from February 2011 to July 2014. Kate's career began at Capita as the Director of Insurance Services from February 2004 to February 2011. Kate then became the Operations Director at Aon Risk Services from February 2001 to February 2004. In 1995, Kate started their professional journey as the Head of Customer Services at SelectDirect, a position they held until December of 2000.
