Karan Jacob

Karan Jacob is an experienced professional in the field of incident and escalation management, currently serving as an Escalation Manager at Capillary Technologies since June 2023. Previously, Karan held the position of Major Incident Manager - Consultant at HCLTech from December 2022 to June 2023 and worked as an Incident Supervisor at BIOSME from December 2021 to December 2022.
