Karen Vaughan

Karen Vaughan possesses extensive experience in management and project coordination, currently serving as Team Manager at Capita's EUS Repair Centre since April 2016, with previous roles including Interim Repair Centre Team Leader and Resource Scheduling Team Leader. Prior to Capita, Karen worked as a Project Coordinator at Access Group and held the position of Project Administrator at S.G.M. Management & Design Ltd. Additional experience includes a role as Assistant Front of House Manager at Thame Football Club and a brief position as Project Administrator at Total Laminates. Karen holds a Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, completed between January 2021 and March 2022, and is a graduate of Lord Williams's School, Thame.
