Erick Guajardo

Erick Guajardo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in deal operations, data analysis, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Deal Operations Manager at Capital Department since February 2024, Erick has held previous positions including Analyst at Satya Capital LLC and Senior Venture Associate at Inicio Ventures, where expertise in data analysis and business development was cultivated. Additional experience includes roles as Program Manager for the PowerUp Fund at Hispanics in Philanthropy and Program Coordinator for Marketing & Outreach, showcasing skills in grant monitoring and philanthropy.
