Selma S. is an experienced professional currently serving as COO at Capital Department since January 2022, focused on facilitating access to capital for entrepreneurs. As the Founder of GONG, launched in June 2018, Selma S. provides sound meditation experiences that have gained recognition, including features in Time Out London and a high rating on MindBody. Previously, Selma S. held several leadership roles at The Adecco Group, notably as Head of Communications & PR for digital innovation and as Vice President of Marketing & Communications, where strategic initiatives were implemented across various brands. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, complemented by leadership training at IMD.
