Viiveek Sankar

Viiveek Sankar is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Capsule since December 2020, Viiveek previously held a Senior Manager position in Software Engineering at WeWork, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and managing product roadmaps. Prior to WeWork, Viiveek was the Vice President of Engineering at Univision Communications Inc., overseeing product architecture and continuous improvement processes. Viiveek also served as Director of Engineering and Technical Architect at Univision, leading product lifecycles and development of software solutions. Early career experience includes roles at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. as a Systems Analyst and Software Engineer, focused on software development for clients like McGraw-Hill and the State Bank of India. Viiveek holds a B-Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Kerala, earned in 2004.
