Laurent Houel is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Capsum since September 2022, and a Partner at Fast-Up Partners, a strategy consulting firm in the consumer space, since May 2016. Laurent also serves as an Associate Executive Coach at Aesara Partners since January 2020, focusing on unlocking potential for individuals and teams. Laurent's career began at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager.
