Edward Brown

Edward Brown has extensive work experience in the IT field. Edward started their career at Carquest/General Parts as a Help Desk Agent and worked there from May 2005 to October 2015. Edward then moved on to Medical Mutual Insurance Company of North Carolina, where they served as a User Support Specialist from November 2015 to November 2017. Following that, Edward joined Dell EMC as a Technical Support Engineer in January 2018 and worked there until May 2020. Edward then worked at Novartis Gene Therapies as a Client Services Onsite Technician from June 2020 to September 2020. Currently, Edward is employed at CAPTRUST as an Associate II in Hardware & Integration in the IT Infrastructure department since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Associate in Technology Support in the IT Infrastructure department at CAPTRUST from September 2020 to December 2021.

Edward Brown has a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Teacher Education from Appalachian State University. Edward also holds an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wake Technical Community College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including CompTIA Server+, A+, and AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals from CompTIA and Microsoft Certifications. Edward also completed the Client Course 2019 certification from Dell.
