La Ngân (Joyce) is a marketing communication executive at Caravelle Saigon since February 2023, following a role as marketing cum designer at Ocean Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa from September to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a marketing executive at Tribe Hospitality and a front office trainee at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers. Joyce also completed a food and beverage traineeship at Hôtel des Arts Saigon, MGallery Collection. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, completed in April 2022.
