Yusuf Ibrahim

Yusuf Ibrahim has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Vice Principal at Cardiff and Vale College since January 2018, responsible for curriculum and standards across multiple areas including Higher Education and adult education. In addition, Yusuf acts as an Independent Member of Council at Aberystwyth University, Deputy Chair of the Post 16 Strategic Board at Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, and Co-Chair of the Black Leadership Group Wales, focusing on anti-racism initiatives. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at Cardiff and Vale College, Associate Dean of Teaching & Learning Excellence, and leadership positions in various schools and educational organizations, contributing to strategic planning, curriculum delivery, and student achievement. Yusuf holds a PGCE from the University of Roehampton, a B.Sc. from the University of Surrey, and an M.A. from Middlesex University.
