Kristi Clayton

Kristi Clayton is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at CardWorks since January 2019, Kristi has also held the position of Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist at Siemens from August 2008 to May 2018, and Human Resources Certification Specialist at Seminole County Public Schools from March 2006 to August 2008. Kristi started the career as a Territory Manager at Advantage Sales & Marketing, where employment lasted from June 2002 to March 2006.
