Diana Molloy

Diana Molloy has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and OD Manager at the Care Quality Commission since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading organization-wide initiatives and managing a team to create engaging learning experiences. Previously, Diana held various roles at STA Travel, including Head of Learning for global divisions, where notable achievements included developing the STA Global Leadership Academy and managing a significant training budget. Other past positions include consulting for TUI and Austravel, and progressing through roles that focused on training, sales management, and program delivery. Diana holds a degree in Business and Finance from Bournemouth University.
