Ellen Kitson-Reynolds

Ellen Kitson-Reynolds is an experienced academic and clinical professional affiliated with the University of Southampton since March 2006, currently serving as Deputy Head of School Education and Director of Programmes for Nursing and Midwifery. In addition, Ellen is pursuing a post-doctoral clinical academic role focused on bladder management during intrapartum care. Previous roles include Midwifery Programme Lead, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of midwifery education such as decision-making, leadership, and clinical skills. Ellen also holds a position as a Professional Bank of Advisors with the Care Quality Commission since September 2013 and has contributed as a Supervisor of Midwives with the South Central LSA since March 2003.
