Brendan Fulmer

Brendan Fulmer is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health policy and management. Currently serving as Vice President at CareBridge since January 2021, Brendan is responsible for implementing health plan partnerships and overseeing program performance across multiple states. Prior to this role, Brendan was an Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on value-based healthcare and executing initiatives related to kidney, maternal, and rural health from January 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Brendan served as a Senior Advisor at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, providing strategic input on significant models such as Direct Contracting and drug pricing. From January 2014 to January 2019, Brendan worked as a Senior Healthcare Advisor for the U.S. House of Representatives, where Brendan launched the Bipartisan Health Care Innovation Caucus. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Maryland.
