Dushyant Joshi has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Later on, Dushyant pursued an M. Phil degree in "Decarbonising the Development: A study of Solar Energy in Rajasthan" from the Central University of Gujarat Gandhinagar, completing it between 2009 and 2012.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Dushyant has also obtained several certifications. These include a National course on decentralisation from the Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) in June 2005, a certification in Personnel Management from Hindustan Zinc Limited in August 2002, and an Area Development Programme certification from World Vision India in June 2002.
