Kim Bradley

Kim Bradley is a seasoned executive in total rewards management, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since July 2016. In this role, Kim oversees executive compensation, compensation, and benefits departments, focusing on the design and delivery of programs to attract and retain talent. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Compensation and Benefits at CareFirst, as well as Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Mercy Medical Center.
