Brad Roediger

Brad Roediger is a Continuous Improvement Analyst III at CareSource, where efforts focus on driving sustainable improvements and maintaining a culture of quality. Previously, as the Social Determinants of Health Strategy Lead, Roediger worked on strategies to promote affordable housing. Other key roles include Community Relations Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton, Grants Writer/Administrator for Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and Program Consultant for Greene County College Success Partnership. Roediger holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and has extensive experience in community relations, strategic partnership building, and advocacy. Additionally, Roediger has a background in music as a keyboardist for Skilless Villains and possesses hands-on experience in commercial electrical work.
