Gian Romano

Gian Romano is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Cargill since June 2023. Previously, Gian held various roles at McKinsey & Company from May 2015 to June 2023, including Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Specialist, Coordinator, and Senior Knowledge Analyst, focusing on macroeconomics and the public and social sector. Prior to this, Gian gained experience as an intern at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Nicaragua to the International Organizations in Vienna and as an Executive Marketing Consultant at Dec Mark Export Pvt. Ltd., along with working as a Project Assistant at CPFL. Gian holds a Master of Arts in Advanced International Studies from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
