Jean Sbragia

Jean Sbragia possesses extensive experience in training development and change management, currently serving as Training Development Lead at Cargill since July 2010, with a focus on creating training materials for the Feed & Nutrition division. Previous roles at Cargill include leading global change communication and education initiatives for SAP deployments and developing instructional design for financial SAP courses. Prior to Cargill, Jean held various positions at Wolseley, managing global learning and development for SAP implementations and directing training initiatives for over 15,000 associates. Jean's earlier experience includes project management and sales roles at Ferguson Enterprises, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
