Kati Alexander

Kati Alexander is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate governance and subsidiary management. Currently serving as Corporate Governance Director and Subsidiary Management Lead at Cargill since July 2014, Kati has held various roles within the company, including Senior Paralegal and Paralegal. Prior to joining Cargill, Kati worked as a Paralegal at Davern McLeod & Mosher LLP and began a career as a clerk at Byerly's. Kati holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from St. Catherine University and a Paralegal degree from Inver Hills Community College.
