Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Caribe Royale Orlando since July 2021 and at Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels since March 2017, Maxwell has demonstrated expertise in culinary management. Previous positions include Director of Food and Beverage at Kegel Bowling Center and Executive Chef at both Inn On The Lakes and Chicanes Restaurant & Bar from March 2006 to March 2017. Maxwell's culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami began in 2003 and remains ongoing.
