Jasmine Henry is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at The Scott Resort & Spa, where execution of daily operations for the culinary department is overseen while leading a large staff within a premier Latin American dining venue in Scottsdale since June 2021. In addition, Jasmine operates as Executive Sous Chef for Custom Eats LLC since January 2023 and has previously held the role of Business Owner at the Tides Inn from September 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Line Cook at various establishments, including Enchantment Group, Bethpage Camp Resort, and The Inn at Woodstock, culminating in a significant tenure as Lead Line Cook at The Table at Wilton.
