Leigh Bailey

Leigh Bailey is an experienced executive coach and business leader, serving as the Founder, CEO, and Co-Principal of The Bailey Group since February 1989, specializing in executive coaching, team development, talent management, and employee engagement consulting. Additionally, Leigh Bailey contributes as Board Secretary and a member of the Executive and Governance Committees at CaringBridge, a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing support during health events. Prior experience includes roles as a Private Banker and Consumer Banking Manager at Norwest Corporation, providing services to high net worth clients, and working as a Management Development Consultant in areas such as management training, team building, and career development. Leigh Bailey holds a Master's degree in Human Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
