Traci Phillips-Roach, M.Ed., serves as the Director of Professional Learning at Carnegie Learning since July 2011, with a focus on developing partnerships and managing the implementation of educational products and services. Traci Phillips-Roach holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Marshall University, a Master's degree from Salem International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Davis and Elkins College.
