Pradeep Ravikumar

Pradeep Ravikumar is a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, a position held since 2016, after serving as an Associate Professor at The University of Texas at Austin from 2015 to 2016 and as an Assistant Professor at the same institution from 2009 to 2015. Ravikumar completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Statistics and Machine Learning at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2007 to 2009, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University between 2002 and 2007. The academic journey began with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2002.
