Ashley Nazarak holds extensive leadership experience in program development and evaluation within early childhood education and social services. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Scaling and Dissemination at Carole Robertson Center for Learning, Ashley supports the implementation of professional development systems that enhance early childhood teaching practices. Prior to this role, Ashley spent nearly a decade at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, holding various positions including Vice President of Learning and Evaluation and Senior Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, where a focus was placed on designing evidence-based programs and cultivating high-quality early learning experiences. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Social Work Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Kansas.
