Ross has an extensive career in healthcare, starting as a Unit Director of Patient Care Services and progressing to roles such as Education Development Specialist and Manager of Patient Care Services. With a BSN in Nursing from the University of Arizona and an Associate Degree in Sciences from Northern Arizona University, Ann has been working in the field since the late 1970s. Currently serving as a Patient Safety Officer at Tenet Healthcare, Ann brings a wealth of experience in risk management and patient care to their role.
