Jeanne Ding

Jeanne Ding serves as the People Business Partner and People Experience Director at Carousell Group, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational performance and developing a competent workforce in partnership with business leaders. Jeanne has extensive experience in human resources, previously holding positions such as Senior Human Resource Manager at Mapletree, where initiatives like Telemedicine and Employee Assistance Programs were implemented across 13 countries, and Associate Director at Singtel, overseeing global performance management and transformation projects. Additional roles include Interim Vice President at Oakwood and Human Resource & Administration Manager at GIC, where Jeanne was instrumental in establishing HR operations in India. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from UNSW.
