Alex DeMong is currently serving as an Analysis Manager at Carpedia International, an implementation-based management consulting firm. With extensive experience at Cargill, Alex held various roles including Continuous Improvement Specialist, Site Continuous Improvement Lead, and Production Supervisor in both refinery and crush operations. Alex co-founded High Velocity Trucking and has worked as a Seismic Driller at Great Plains Drilling. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business at York University.
