Douglas Kaluhiokalani

Douglas Kaluhiokalani is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a diverse array of roles and experiences in the industry. Currently serving as an Instructor of Threat Hunting and Red Team/Blue Team at Level Effect, and as a Lead Cybersecurity Analyst 1 at Carpenter Technology Corporation, Douglas also founded and serves as CEO of Cyber Kata, LLC, a minority and veteran-owned company providing cybersecurity services and defense training. Previous positions include Penetration Tester at Secutor Cybersecurity and Director of Cyber Security at Enterprise Financial Services Group, among others. Douglas has been actively involved in high-stakes cybersecurity exercises, including NATO’s Locked Shields as a Senior Advisor and participant, significantly enhancing defense capabilities against real-time attacks. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mercyhurst College and a Professional Certificate in Certified Information Systems Security Professional from Syracuse University.
