Stephen Weatherley

Stephen Weatherley currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief People Officer at Carter + Clark, the largest nationwide land surveying company focusing on builder services. With a proven track record in business development, Stephen previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Manhattan Resources from January 2020 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Innovative-IDM for over 16 years and as a Software Engineer at Sprint for approximately four years. Stephen holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1994.
