Prior to this role, Jitendra was a Consultant at KPMG India, focusing on IT risk management and conducting critical audits for clients, including a steel plant in Ukraine. Jitendra also held positions at Steel Authority of India Limited as a Junior Manager, overseeing a team to enhance productivity and manage CAPEX projects, and as an Assistant Manager at Vedanta Resources Plc, where Jitendra contributed to project management and change management initiatives. Jitendra holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
