David is Vice President, Telco Delivery within Management Consulting, and leads Cartesian’s Enterprise practice. David helps service providers manage their large customers, driving efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
He is a seasoned consulting professional with 18 years of experience within the telecoms sector including 6 years working within the industry. David’s focus is on successful enterprise delivery and helps service providers navigate the complexities that large customers present. Latterly, David works with operators in the creation and delivery of their Unified Communication strategy, bringing a wealth of experience in program delivery across the customer lifecycle.
Prior to joining Cartesian, David worked as a Consultant for PwC Management Consultancy Services as well as managed the development of the billing platform used in the launch of Three. He received his BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick.
