Nalicia Geist

Nalicia Geist, SHRM-CP, PRC, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager at CAS since June 2023, Nalicia previously held the positions of Human Resources Manager at kdc/one from May 2021 to June 2023, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at KDC | Columbus from September 2016 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst and Analyst at the Ohio Department of Agriculture from February 2014 to September 2016 and August 2013 to February 2014, respectively, along with prior experience as an Assistant Business Office Manager at CarMax from January 2008 to August 2013. Nalicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Ohio Dominican University, completed in 2007, and attended Wittenberg University in 2003-2004.
