Todd Warner

Todd Warner has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Todd is currently working as the Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader at CAS since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Transformation at CAS from 2020 to 2021, where they led the transformation project for the Content Operations department. Before joining CAS, Todd worked at Columbus State Community College as the Executive in Residence Workforce Innovation from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they focused on creating nontraditional talent pipelines and developing strategic partnerships for the college. From 2008 to 2017, Todd worked at Navigator Management Partners (now Avaap) as the Director of Consulting Services. Todd held various project roles and was responsible for program delivery and growing the firm's impact. Todd started their career at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in 2001, where they served as a Program Manager and Business Analyst-Finance. At Wendy's International, they worked as a Financial Accounting Analyst. Throughout their career, Todd has gained expertise in areas such as transformation leadership, talent development, project management, and financial systems implementation.

Todd Warner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Franklin University. Todd also pursued an MBA with a specialization in Strategy from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Todd Warner has obtained several certifications. Todd is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com, certified in PROSCI Change Management from Prosci, an Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute, and holds an ITIL Certification from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library. Furthermore, they are a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute.
