Rosi Balabram with 25-year experience, she has a consolidated career in People Management as C-Level in various sectors, such as pharmaceutical, consumer goods, retail and ecosystems. Rosi worked for Coca Cola and Grupo Sanofi, wherein she held Latin America and Brazil regional positions, heading all business divisions in Brazil. Currently, as CPO – Chief People Officer – Rosi heads the People & Performance area, focused on Via’s cultural transformation, relationship platform and Brazilians’ consumption. Rosi holds a degree in business administration with an MBA in business management from FGV and Dom Cabral Foundation.
