Anna Elwood

Anna Elwood currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cascade, where the focus is on streamlining strategy execution through an integrated platform. Additionally, Anna provides strategic advice as an Expert for Primary Venture Partners, supporting the investment team and portfolio founders. Previously, Anna held significant leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Revenue at Teachable, where over 75 team members achieved more than 100% revenue growth, and Global Head of Customer Success at Knotel, managing operations across multiple countries. Anna's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Zocdoc, where global support and project management were scaled during the company’s transition to unicorn status. Anna holds an MFA from Penn State University and a BFA in Theatre and English from Adelphi University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
