Ben Flath has a diverse work experience in the energy and sustainability sectors. Ben began their career in 2009 as a Sustainability Consultant at Sustainable Pittsburgh, where they worked on estimating greenhouse gas inventories and creating climate action plans. In 2010, they joined AtSite as an Energy Performance Analyst, specializing in improving the value of buildings and spaces. Ben then moved on to Cascade Energy, Inc in 2013, initially starting as a Software Specialist and later taking on the role of Product Owner. Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated a dedication to energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
Ben Flath completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, from 2007 to 2008.
