Eleonora Broder has extensive experience in estimating and technical representation in the window and door industry, currently serving as a Senior Estimator and Technical Representative at Cascadia Windows & Doors since January 2014. Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, bid preparation, technical/code compliance reviews, and project coordination, as well as support in manufacturing documentation and shop drawing processes. Prior roles include Engineering Services at Spectrum Skyworks, where design and shop drawing preparation were key, along with estimations and job coordination at Concept Aluminum, Starline Windows, and EuroLine Windows Inc. Eleonora holds a BS in Electromechanical Engineering from Odessa State Polytechnic University and has a foundational education from Odessa #58 and Université de Montréal.

Cascadia’s manufacturing plant is located in Langley, B.C. Our window and door products are supplied principally to British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon (other locations can also be accommodated).
