Heather Bolden

Heather Bolden is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in online and hybrid learning environments at Case Western Reserve University since November 2012. As the Lead Instructional Designer, Heather collaborates with faculty to innovate and enhance courses, fostering student engagement and promoting effective online learning strategies. Previous roles include Project Analyst positions at CWRU and Kelly Services, where Heather contributed to the development of online offerings and managed system training. Additionally, Heather served as Vice President for Mentor Youth Lacrosse, overseeing youth lacrosse activities, and has coaching experience at Mentor High School. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, complemented by a Leadership Lab for Women in STEM.
