Prior to this role, Will held the position of Chief of Staff at Center Star Group from December 2018 to March 2021, providing strategic management advice to the CEO. Will's experience at Castle Group includes serving as Regional President from February 2012 to November 2018, where responsibilities encompassed the management of condominium and HOA communities in Dade and Monroe Counties. Before that, Will was President & COO at Stahlman-England from December 2007 to February 2012, overseeing site development and related services across South Florida. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at WCI Communities, Inc., and as an Infantry Officer in the US Army for nearly fourteen years. Academic credentials include a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
