Sofía Moya

Sofía Moya currently serves as the Director of Territorial Enterprise and Labour Services in Tarragona at Generalitat de Catalunya since September 2021, while also holding the position of PhD. Associate Professor at Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Moya has significant prior experience in academia and management, having been an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Wuyi University from 2016 to 2018 and a Finance Department Professor at EADA from 2005 to 2011. Notably, Moya worked at Nike for 16 years, where Moya advanced from Finance Director for Spain and Portugal to General Manager of the FCBarcelona Merchandising Business Unit. Early career roles include positions as a Finance Analyst at Maxxium España SL and Auditor at KPMG. Moya's educational background includes an MBA from Esade, a PDD from IESE Business School, and a PhD in Educational/Instructional Technology from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, among other qualifications.
