Adam Bradley is an accomplished Programme Manager at Catalyst since April 2023, overseeing the Role Models programme, which promotes inclusivity in entrepreneurship by highlighting innovative founders who have overcome significant barriers. Previously, Adam served as Arts Programme Co-Ordinator at Arts & Business NI from March 2020 to March 2023, managing events, training, and stakeholder relationships within the arts sector. Experience also includes marketing and communications roles at Girlguiding Ulster, operations management, and contributions to short films as a composer and sound designer. Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Composition from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by strong academic achievements at Bangor Grammar School.
