Laura Davila

Laura Davila, MBA, currently serves as Group President at Catalyst Acoustics Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the IAC and Noise Barriers businesses along with the North Aurora manufacturing campus, and managing operations at Sound Seal and Frasch facilities. With extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations, Laura's previous positions include Business Unit Manager at ITW, where Laura directed PNA Construction Technologies, and Director of Marketing at The Chamberlain Group, managing global marketing strategies. Laura holds an MBA in Global Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Elmhurst University, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science degree from MacCormac Jr. College.
